- The project includes overseeing of 20 people in a matrix organization to ensure all PENS contractual obligations are fulfilled in ITIL based Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Delivery; active contribution towards SITA’s PENS expansion strategy; introduction of ITIL based service management practices on behalf of SITA for EUROCONTROL and 20 ANSPs.
